Guava puree & Guava concentrate is made from select variety of white and pink guavas, ripened under natural conditions.
The preparation process includes washing, cutting, destoning, refining and packing. In case of aseptic product, the puree is sterilized and packed in presterilised aseptic bags. Frozen puree is pasteurized and deep frozen in blast freezers / plate freezers. The process ensures that natural flavour and aroma of the fruit is maintained in the final product.
The aromatic flavour and high natural Vitamin C content of the product makes it suitable for blending in variety of ready-to-serve beverage and health drinks. In addition it can be used in preparing ice-creams, yoghurt and confectionery.

Guava puree & Guava concentrate is free from any pathogenic bacteria. Aseptic product is commercially sterile.
Aseptic guava puree & guava concentrate is packed aseptically in presterilised bag of 55 gallon capacity in open top steel drums. Aseptic packing in 20 Kg bag in 7 ply cartons can also be provided with prior agreement.
Frozen pulp is packed in 200 Kg drum, block of 25 Kg ( 12.5 Kg X 2) and 12 Kg (1 Kg X 12) in carton.

Aseptic Guava puree & Guava concentrate stored at temperature less than 25 degree centigrade. Higher temperature and sunlight should be avoided to enhance shelf life.
Frozen product should always be stored at minus18 degree centigrade.
